  • Admission and Occupancy Paper Signed
  • Separate Money Orders
    • $60 Application Fee Per Applicant
    • $500 Security Deposit
  • Paystubs from the Last Month
  • Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)

Pets not allowed.
